Collaboration begins with finding time to connect with colleagues, convey ideas and share workload. But the most successful collaboration happens when it’s facilitated by technology that assimilates into the normal, day-to-day work routine.
At Workstorm, we believe time is your most valuable asset and are committed to designing products and solutions that help you collaborate efficiently, securely and seamlessly. To that end, we have developed a Workstorm training center that will guide you on your journey to becoming a Workstorm power user.
Step 1: Start at the beginning.
Did you just log into Workstorm for the first time? In the Workstorm training center, read articles on getting started with Workstorm so you know how to set-up your Workstorm account and create customized workspaces that work for you. Reference the user and administrator guides if you need clarification on any of Workstorm’s capabilities.
Step 2: Inspect the help files.
Looking for an explanation of a Workstorm feature, functionality or setting? Easy-to-read help articles are available to answer any questions you may have. Here are just a few of the many help topics:
- An introductory overview of how to send private and urgent messages, share files, start video calls, use @mentions, reactions, Emojis, and much more
- Step-by-step instructions for creating new Workspaces to organize conversations
- Detailed instructions for using secure file sharing and storage
- A guide to using global, conversation, and advanced searches in Workstorm
Step 3: Watch a training video.
If you learn best by watching and following along, we have a video tutorial library that walks you through each feature in Workstorm. From creating a team or inviting an external member, to starting a video conference, these video tutorials will make you a Workstorm power user.
